- CRUST-
1 cup almond meal
1/2 cup coconut
1 tbsp cashew butter
1 egg white
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Combine all CRUST ingredients and press into large springform pan lined with grease proof paper.
Bake at 350°F-180°C for 10-15 minutes until golden brown
Remove from oven and cool in pan.
