LITE PUMPKIN PIE (CRUSTLESS)

2 cups canned pumpkin
2 cups water
1 cup milk -- dried
equal to 4 cups low-fat milk)
2 eggs
1/2 cup brown sugar Twin
1/2 tsp salt -- Lite
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp allspice
1/4 tsp ground cloves
Mix all ingredients.
Pour into a 9-inch 230mm glass pie pan sprayed with non-stick spray.
Bake in a preheated 350°F-180°C oven for 1 hour, or until knife inserted in center of pie comes out clean.
Serve warm or let sit and serve.
