Dessert Cheesecake Crust


Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

1 cup pecans -- crushed meal
1 cup heavy cream
2 tbsp butter -- softened
1/3 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp splenda -- or sugar twin brown

Mix into a ball. Place the ball into a glass pie pan. Take a fork and push it up the sides and around the bottom. Take a spoon and smooth it out. Bake for 10 minutes at 350°F-180°C. Let cool, refrigerate then fill it with the filling of your choice.
