Dessert Cheesecake Crust

1/4 cup chunky peanut butter
1 1/2 pints heavy whipping cream -- 855ml
1/4 cup pecans -- chopped
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup splenda -- to taste
1 tbsp soy flour
1/2 tbsp baking powder
1/4 tsp nutmeg

CRUST: Mix: 1/4 cup chunky peanut butter, 3/8 cup heavy cream, 1/4 cup chopped pecans, 1 tsp. vanilla, 2 tbsp splenda, 1 tbl. soy flour, 1/2 tsp. baking powder, and 1/4 tsp. nutmeg or cinnamon (optional).

Preheat oven to 375°F-190°C.

Spray a 2"- 50mm deep square 8" x 8" -200-200mm pan with Pam or oil substitute.
Spread dough in the bottom of the pan. Bake for about ten minutes. Let cool.
