CRUST
4 oz butter -- 125gr
1/2 lb pecans -- finely chopped 250gr
1 tbsp splenda
FILLING
1 lb cream cheese -- 500gr
3 eggs
3/4 cup splenda
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 dash salt
Blend crust ingredients and press into springform pan.
Filling: Mix all ingredients with a mixer and pour into crust. Bake at 350°F-180°C for 30-35 min. or until done. Chill and serve with whipped topping of your choice. I used heavy whipped cream. I don`t know the carb count, it wasn`t on the recipe. I hope everyone enjoys this. Some people may have carb cravings as with anything sweet, so if sweet things make you hungrier for more, don`t make this!!!!! I feel like the surgeon general with this warning!!! LOL!!!
