                           5-10 Rhubarb Fool

 500                g  rhubarb -- 1lb
 3         tablespoon  splenda
 3         tablespoon  water
    3/4           cup  custard
    3/4           cup  whipped cream

Cut rhubard into small pieces and place in saucepan with splenda. Cook
until tender. Cool and puree in blender. Add custard and cream to puree
mix well and serve at once in serving bowl or 6-8 individual sundae
glasses.
Variations: Use any seasonal fruits.
