 1                cup  shredded coconut meat
 1                     egg white
 2         tablespoon  splenda
 2         tablespoon  heavy cream

Combine all and press into a nonstick pie plate sprayed with Pam.
Bake at 350°F-175°C for 10 minutes or till golden brown. Cool.
