ZIB'S PROTEIN BARS

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

2 tbsp sour cream
2 tbsp cream cheese
3/4 cup water
1/4 cup cream
1 1/8 cups all-BranŽ Cereal
2 tbsp oatmeal
1/2 cup pecans
5/8 cup Splenda
3 tbsp cocoa
1/4 cup whey protein Isolate -- chocolate
1/4 cup soy protein Isolate -- chocolate
2 lg eggs
2 tsp vanilla

-Mix together the sour cream, cream cheese, water & cream; heat until cream cheese is melted about 4 minutes.
-Mix the dry ingredients together in a large bowl; pour on the hot liquid ingredients & stir to mix thoroughly.
-Add the 2 eggs & the vanilla; stir well.
-Spoon into a greased 11"x7" 280x180mm pan & bake for 25 minutes.
-Cool & cut into 12 equal size servings.
