VANILLA FUDGY BARS

6 oz butter -- 180gr
2 1/2 lb cream cheese -- 1140gr
3 tbsp chopped walnuts
1/2 lb whey protein Isolate -- 250gr vanilla
3 tbsp splenda
2 drops vanilla extract
Melt the cream with the butter and stir in the protein powder, sweetener and vanilla essence. The mixture should be very stiff, you may need to knead it with your hands. Knead in the walnuts and put the mixture in to a small square tin. Refridgerate until cold and cut in to 10 pieces.
