SOY BEANS COFFEE BALLS

1 1/2 oz chocolate chips -- 45gr
1 cup soybeans, roasted -- chopped
2 tbsp milk
1/2 cup instant coffee powder
2 tbsp splenda
Melt the chocolate and milk together over a double boiler. Remove from heat. Stir in soybeans. Form into bite-sized balls. Mix equal and coffee powder. Roll balls in mixture to coat. A liitle high in carbs but tasty for choc cravers!!!
