1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup cream
1/4 cup water
2 oz cream cheese
1 cup Rice Krispies
1/4 cup Whey Protein Isolate -- chocolate
1/3 cup wheat bran
3 tbsp peanut butter
2 tsp vanilla extract
4 tbsp Splenda -- Or Equal
1 cup walnuts
1 tsp cocoa
Directions: Mix up all dry ingredients into a bowl-- In a 1-cup glass measure place 1/4-cup butter, vanilla, the peanut butter,cr. cheese and 1/4 cup , cream, 1/4 cup , water. Mix it well with a small wire whisk. Microwave until all is melted, don't let it go over the top! Dump the hot liquid into the dry and mix quickly. Using your hands, place into bottom of 7 x 11"180x280mm pan and pat it firmly and evenly into a rectangle kind of on the thick side. Cool and cut into 12 bars. Wrap each in Saran and refrigerate.
