1 cup whipping cream
2 cups unsweetened chocolate -- chip
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup splenda
2 tsps Tia Maria
Kahlua or Grand Marnier)
or 2 tsps vanilla
Pour cream into heavy saucepan.
Heat slowly until scalding hot, but not boiling.
Remove from heat.
Add Chocolate chips and butter. Stir until melted.
Stir in liqueur or vanilla.
Chill for at least 3 hours.
Shape into 1" - 25mm balls. Chill for at least 30 minutes.
Roll in either cocoa, crushed splenda, pecans, or almonds to cover lightly.
Chill until ready to serve.
