3 oz cocoa butter -- 85gr
1 tsp orange extract
2 tbsp splenda
Melt the cocoa butter carefully, the melting point is about 80F-40C. Add the cocoa powder and stir. add the orange flavor and the sweetener and stir. Put in a flat bowl and chill.
