3 tbsp coconut shreds -- natural unsweetened
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tsp splenda
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp heavy cream
Mix all together and eat with a spoon. Else you might roll it into little balls, dip them in coconut and or cocoa powder, and let 'em sit in the 'frige for a bit. The consistency is reminiscent of chocolate truffles. Don't try this with anything else but Splenda.
