LOW CARB CREAM-FILLED CHOCOLATE EGGS

Cream Base:
2 oz butter -- 60gr
2 oz cream cheese
2 tbsp heavy cream
1 tsp lecithin
1 pinch salt
3/4 cup splenda
flavoring or extract
food coloring -- if desired
Candy Coating:
3 unsweetened chocolate squares
3 tbsp cocoa butter
1 tsp lecithin
2 tbsp shortening
2 tbsp heavy cream
1 pinch salt
1 cup splenda

Stir and melt together over low heat: butter, cream, cream cheese, salt, and lecithin. Remove from heat and stir in Splenda, extract and color. Pour into molds and freeze before dipping.

Candy Coating= Melt together over low heat stirring constantly. Temper to almost room temperature before dipping.
