FUDGY PECAN PIE SQUARES

1/2 cup cold butter
1/2 cup Atkins Bake Mix -- or could use high
gluten, wheat -- flour
flour
1 cup almond meal -- flour
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup Splenda
Topping:
4 lg eggs -- beaten
1 cup Splenda
1/4 cup Brown Sugar Twin -- Canadian (cyclamate)
2 oz unsweetened chocolate squares -- or Choco Bake
2 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup chopped pecans

Preheat oven to 350°F-180°C. Mix dry ingredients for the crust. Cut in the butter to the dry mix. Press into bottom of a greased 9x13" 230x330mm cake pan. Bake 8 minutes. In another bowl, beat the eggs and add the remianing ingredients, mixing well. Pour over the crust, bake additional 13-15 minutes. Cool, cut into 24 squares.
