2 1/3 cups whey protein isolate -- chocolate
1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup splenda
4 oz cream cheese -- 125g
1/2 cup walnuts -- chopped

Melt butter and cream cheese mix in protein and splenda it will be stiff and hard to stir
knead with hands if needed add walnuts and mix again
placed in greased bread pan (I used a round cake pan)
cool cut into 8 servings.
sprinkle with chopped walnuts on top if desired.
