DIZZI'S SUGAR-FREE CHOCOLATE RECIPE

3 tbsp cocoa
2 tbsp Butter
2 tbsp whipping cream
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp Peanut Butter -- (crunchy or creamy)
2 tbsp splenda
Melt Butter in microwave until hot! Add cocoa first and mix well! Add splenda, vanilla, cream, and PeanutButter Mix well!
Drop by spoonfulls on waxed paper and refrigerate! I sometimes double the recipe and freeze in ziplock bags! Easy access!

Make a batch of a no-bake cheesecake recipe! Make chocolate, spoon into cupcake papers, just enough to
cover bottom a little, spoon cheesecake in until full! Sprinkle chopped pecans on top! Freeze or refrigerate!
Also, some other mix ins, Min some unsweetened coconut or walnut or pecans or peanuts! You take your pick! It is out of this world!
One more thing. YOu can make chocolate chips with the chocolate recipe. Put the plain Dizzi recipe in a ziplock bag while still a little warm, cut a little off the tip of the bag and drop chips onto wax paper and freeze! I put these on top of cheesecake with pecans for garnish!
