Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method
-------- ------------ --------------------------------
2 1/3 cups whey protein Isolate -- chocolate flavor
1/2 cup butter -- meled
4 oz cream cheese -- 250g
1/2 cup walnuts -- chopped
1/2 cup splenda
**note these are not very sweet, so add some Splenda or other sweetener to taste if you want them sweet. Melt butter and cream cheese. Mix in protein powder. This will be very stiff. Stir in walnuts. Presss in bread pan or 9 by 9 inch 250mm pan, refrigerate , and cut into 8 servings. Wrap individually and store in refig. (spray hands and pan with Pam)I store them in freezer . I have used strawberry flavored protein powder already too. It is good. I'm not real sure of what the carb count is. I use the Vitamin World brand of whey protein which is cheaper for me and then I can get more too, instead of Designer brand. I have use vanilla and flavored it with flavored koolaide powder that is sugar free. You can use soy protein isolate but I don't care for that as well. From my collection of recipes from the web. I fix this frequently.
