CREAM CHEESE BALLS

8 oz cream cheese -- 250g
4 tbsp splenda
1/4 cup pecans -- finely chopped
1 oz unsweetened baking chocolate -- 30g
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp heavy cream
1/2 tsp vanilla
4 tbsp splenda

Cream the cream cheese and six packets of sweetener. Add pecans. Chill until cheese will form balls. Melt the chocolate and butter together, slowly. Take off heat and add heavy cream, vanilla and sweetener. When you ave rolled the cream cheese into balls, drizzle chocolate mixture over each. Chill until chocolate hardens enough to pick up (about 30 minutes).
