CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER DROPS

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

1 oz unsweetened chocolate -- 30gr pit and chopp
1/3 cup chunky peanut butter
2 tbsp butter
1/3 cup whole milk ricotta cheese
1/2 cup splenda -- or 12 pkts Equal
1 tsp vanilla extract

Melt the first 3 ingredients in a bowl in the microwave. Stir well to combine. Add the remaining ingredients, stir again and drop by the tablespoon on waxed paper.. you should have 12 drops. Chill until firm.. at least 1 hour.. and keep in the refrigerator.
