2 Egg whites
2 tbsp splenda
1 tsp Vanilla
2 tbsp skim milk
2 tbsp cocoa -- mix with skim milk

Beat whites stiff gradually adding sweetener and vanilla. Carefully fold in ( dry mix. Drop by teaspoonful onto nonstick baking sheet. Bake 275°F-145°C for 25 minutes or crisp.
