3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa
2 tbsp unsalted butter
2 tbsp heavy whipping cream
1/4 tsp vanilla
1 tbsp peanut butter
4 tbsp splenda
Melt butter together with cocoa in microwave. Stir well. Add sweetener, vanilla, cream and peanut butter and mix thoroughly. Drop by spoonfuls on waxed paper and refrigerate until firm.
You can also add a couple of tablespoonfuls of chopped nuts to the mixture. Adds more carbs, of course.
Since I don't care for peanut butter, and the peanut butter taste is rather pronounced using this recipe, I plan to try it sometime soon
