BELINDA'S CHOCOLATE COCONUT YUMMIES

2 1/2 cups splenda
1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup cream
1/4 cup water
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter

Mix Splenda, cocoa, butter, cream, and water in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Boil for EXACTLY one minute; do not overcook.
Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter and vanilla. When peanut butter is evenly spread throughout the mixture, add the coconut. Stir to coat evenly.
Drop by spoonfuls onto waxed paper. Chill in refrigerator.
If you wanted an Almond Joy, just stick an almond in each ball.
