1/3 cup chunky peanut butter
2 tbsp whey protein Isolate -- or soy flour
1 tsp honey
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 tsp chopped chocolate chips
Shredded coconut
Combine all above ingredients in food processor and mix until desired consistency. Make mixture into 12 balls and roll in coconut or Designer Protein. Refrigerate.
