1/4 cup dark rum
1 1/2 cups vanilla wafer crumbs
1/4 cup honey
2 cups walnuts -- ground
1/4 cup splenda

Combine all ingredients except splenda. Shape into 1" - 25mm balls. Roll in splenda. Store in tightly covered container.
