ALMOND FRUIT MINI BARS

1 cup almonds, toasted -- finely chopped
1/4 cup golden raisins
3/4 cup dried fruit -- mixed
1 tbsp honey
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1 tbsp orange extract
Combine chopped almonds, dried fruit, honey, cinnamon and nutmeg in a blender and process to a rough paste. Drizzle liquor into mix and process to a smooth dough. Shape into 11/2" -35mm balls on a sheet of greaseproof paper. Flatten with a fork. Refrigerate.
Store in container with greaseproof paper in between layers.
