ALMOND CHOCOLATE

4 oz unsweetened baking chocolate squares
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup half and half
1/2 cup ground almonds
1 tbsp vanilla
3/4 cup splenda -- sugar twin

Melt the chocolate in a sauce pan slowly with the butter over low heat. Once melted add in the rest of the ingredients. Spray an 11 x 7 1/2 inch 280x200mm pan and put in freezer to freeze. Then cut into 12 equal size bars. I keep mine in the freezer once cut, and pull one out when I want one!
I noticed that when it froze there was a bit of a "fat build-up" in certain areas, but it is soooo yummy!
