2 tbsp splenda
1 tbsp coconut -- desicated 2 1/2 oz
3 tbsp butter
1 tbsp Mascarpone cheese
Mix extract and 1 tbsp splenda. Pour over coconut and mix well. Mix remaining ingredientsl. Roll this mixture into 1/4" - 7mm balls then roll in coconut mixture.
