SWEET RED PEPPER CHEESE BROIL

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

1 lg red pepper
2 oz gouda cheese -- or your choice
pepper to taste
1 cup fresh mushrooms
1 tbsp minced onion
1/4 tsp minced garlic

-Clean red pepper, cut in half seed.
-Brush with oil or garlic butter bake in a 350°F-180°C oven for about 15-20 minutes or until fork tender.
-Saute the onions garlic;add the mushrooms saute till lightly browned.
-Divide the mushrooms evenly between the 2 halves; top with cheese of choice.
-Season with pepper place under the broiler until cheese is bubbly.
-Remove from oven serve.
-Let set for a minute so the cheese doesn't run out.
