PAT'S SPANAKOPITTA (GREEK SPINACH PIE)

3 eggs
16 oz frozen spinach -- 454g thaw and drain
24 oz cottage cheese -- 750g
8 oz feta cheese -- 240g crumbled
1/8 tsp nutmeg
In a lg bowl, beat eggs with fork or spoon.
Add the cottage cheese, feta cheese and nutmeg.
Stir well.
Add the drained spinach and mix well again.
Put into a baking pan or dish that has been sprayed with Pam.
Bake at 350°F-180°C for 45 to 60 minutes.
Depending on what size pan you use.
Or until lightly browned and it looks "crusty".
I use a 10" round 25cm Pampered Chef baking dish for this and it takes almost 60 minutes.
You can use a 13x9x2 inch33x25cm pan also.
