PASSOVER SPINACH SOUFFLE

1/2 cup chopped onion
1 cl garlic -- minced
1 tbsp butter -- melted
1/2 lb cream cheese -- 125gr softened
1/2 lb farmer's cheese -- 125gr
1 dash salt and pepper
3 eggs
1 lb frozen chopped spinach -- 500gr thaw,drain
1/4 tsp paprika
1 dash ground nutmeg
I found these in my PHILADELPHIA CREAM CHEESE PACKAGE
Cook and stir onion and garlic in butter until tender. Beat onion mixture, cream cheese, farmer's cheese, salt, and pepper with electric mixer on medium speed util well blended. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing well after each addition. Blend in spinach.
Pour mixture into greased 9 inch square baking pan. Sprinkle with paprika and nutmeg. Cover. Bake at 350°F-180°C for 30 minutes, uncover. Bake an additional 15 minutes.
