MEXICAN FUDGE

16 oz cheddar cheese -- 500gr
16 oz mozzarella cheese -- 500gr
3 eggs
1/4 cup salsa

Mix cheeses and beaten eggs. (It will be thick just kinda coat cheese with eggs.)
Spray a rectangle casserole dish with cooking spray. Spread 1/2 the cheese mixture in dish then top with salsa and then remaining cheese.
Bake at 425°F-220°C until golden brown. About 30 minutes. Let cool and cut into squares.
This is also great to add browned sausage or hamburger to the salsa layer!!!
