LC PIZZA CRUST RECIPE

- CRUST-
2 lg eggs
2 oz cream cheese -- 60g
1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese -- grated

Preheat oven to 400°F-200°C
Spray 9x13" - 230x330mm pan with Pam non stick spray (make sure it's sprayed really well)
Mix all crust ingredients together.

Pour the mixture into the pan.
Spread it around to cover the pan, thinly and evenly

Bake for about 20 minutes until lightly browned.
Put under broiler/griller for about 3 minutes to be even crisper.
Let sit 5 mins then lift out of pan with a spatula, flip over onto pizza pan, broil/grill again for a few minutes to brown the underside.
The "crust" will be very thin and crispy around the edges.

Add your own selection of pizza toppings to the crust
Top with grated parmesan cheese and broil until toppings are cooked to your liking.
