HOMEMADE CHEESE WHIZ

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

1 lb american cheese -- (454g) processed
cut into small pieces
1 can evaporated milk -- (13 oz 390g)
4 tbsp butter
1 tsp salt
1 dash Tabasco sauce
1 tsp dry mustard

Melt all ingredients in heavy saucepan or double boiler over med heat.
Pour into containers; let cool.
Use on LC crackers or in recipes calling for Cheez Whiz.
