2 egg whites
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
cayenne pepper to taste

Whip egg whites until still peaks form.
Blend and fold in cheese and pepper carefully.
Shape into small balls and deep fry.
Finely grated "pizza cheese" from a package works well.
You can also put them in spoonfuls on baking paper in a hot oven instead of deep frying.
