8 oz Brie -- 250gr whole,round
3 tbsp sun-dried tomatoes -- in oil herbs
1 tbsp pine nuts -- toasted
1 tbsp fresh basil -- chopped
-Oven 350°F-180°C
-Spray or grease a round ovenproof plate.
-Place cheese in center of plate{Do not remove outer coating from cheese}.
-Bake uncovered for 8-10 minutes or until soft partially melted.
-Lightly drain the tomatoes; then sprinkle tomatoes, nuts basil over the cheese.
-Serve immediately with low carb crackers, bread or vegies.
-Per serving:0.8 carbs 6.3 gr. protein
