6 slices bacon -- fry and crumble
1 1/2 cups swiss cheese -- grated
1 1/2 cups grated parmesan cheese
2 cups heavy cream
2 eggs -- well beaten
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp white pepper
Mix bacon, cheeses, eggs and seasoning. Bake in 1 and 1/2 3ltre quart dish for 35-40 minutes until set. Makes 4 (very high calorie!) servings. This is probably best saved for once in a while.
Idea: Make little 'quiches' in muffin pans and freeze for easy breakfast treats you can zap and run with.
