4 oz chipped beef -- 125g
4 oz cream cheese -- 125g
2 tsp prepared horseradish
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 dill pickles

Soften the cream cheese in the microwave being careful not to "cook" the cheese. Mash with a fork then add the horseradish and mash it in. Spread thin layer of cream cheese mixture on beef and add a sliver of dill pickle and roll up. For a party, these can be sliced after being refrigerated. Or a snake or luncheon, leave whole. Pickle can be omitted if desired.. Yield: approx. 20 for a 1/4 pound package.

Variation: Use Pastrami, Ham, Turkey, Corned Beef, Peppered Beef, Turkey Ham, or Chicken the same way.
