2/3 cup heavy cream
3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp white pepper
Preheat oven to 450°F-230°C . Break eggs into mixing bowl. Add cream and beat lightly. Add cheeses, salt and pepper. Beat again until combined. Pour
into ungreased 1 quart1 litre baking dish. Bake uncovered for 25 mins or until golden brown.
