1 clove garlic
8 oz unsalted whipped butter -- (250g) softened
16 oz cream cheese -- (454g) softened
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp chopped fresh basil
1/2 tsp marjoram
1/2 tsp chopped fresh chives
1/4 tsp thyme -- powdered
1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
1 tsp dill weed
Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor and process until smooth
and well combined. Spoon mixture into a sm serving bowl and chill
overnight. Serve at room temperature with LC crackers or celery.
Makes 2 cups.
