BLUE CHEESE BALL WITH WALNUTS

8 oz cream cheese -- 250gr softened
4 oz blue cheese -- 125gr room temp.
2 tbsp chopped green onions
2/3 cup chopped walnuts

In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese until soft and creamy. Add blue cheese and green onions; beat until well-blended.
Shape mixture into ball; roll in the walnuts. Refrigerate until serving time.
Serve with low carb crackers or cheese crisps.
I personally don't like the nuts all on the outside, so I mix them in with everything else.
