Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

30 grams bittersweet chocolate -- 1oz shredded
I use lindts 75% cocoa solids
or 3tbsp cocoa plus 1 tbsp of splenda
3/4 cup cream
1 cup water
2 tbsps splenda
1 tsp coffee powder, instant -- adj to taste
ice cubes -- optional
HOT Place water and cream in a jug and microwave for 3-4 minutes until hot. Grate chocolate( or use cocoa instead) into liquid, add splenda, coffee and whisk to dissolve.
Or place in medium size saucepan and bring to the boil. Turn of the heat and whisk in grated chocolate( or use cocoa instead), coffee and splenda.
ICED Place jug in freezer/fridge until icy cold. Can be served with ice cubes.
Add 1 tsp unsweetened cocoa for stronger taste.(Negligible carbs). You can reduce the amount of splenda if it is too sweet.
