1 cinnamon stick
3 clove
3 allspice berries
3 cardamom -- crumbled
1 tbsp tea -- leaves black

Simmer the water and spices for 5 minutes. Bring to a boil and pour on to the tea in a warmed teapot. Infuse for 5 minutes.
