1/3 cup heavy cream
1/3 cup cold water
1 1/2 tsp coffee
2 tbsp splenda
2 scoops soy protein Isolate -- chocolate
2 cups crushed ice
We really liked this down and dirty mocha shake. We cannot wait until those chocolate covered espresso beans become available to top this shake off.
Place the heavy cream, water, coffee, and Splenda in the blender and puree until smooth. Add the protein powder and mix until well blended. Add the crushed ice and puree until smooth and thick. Serve immediately.
