3/4 cup cold water
1/4 cup cottage cheese -- or ricotta
2 tsp splenda
1 scoop Whey Protein Isolate -- chocolate
ice cubes

Put water, ricotta, splenda and protein mix into a large cup, or into a blender. Blend with a hand held blender or regular blender until smooth. Add broken ice cubes and blend until smooth.
