MIDDLE EASTERN LEMONADE

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

1 cup fresh lemon juice
3/4 cup splenda -- or to taste
orange blossom water 1 tsp -- or to taste
1/4 cup mint -- chopped
8 cups water -- (or seltzer) and ice

Squeeze the juice from the lemons and sweeten to taste with the splenda. Add the orange blossom water and the mint, and stir or shake well together. Pour a little into a tall glass and fill with water or soda and ice.
