150 milliliters lime juice -- 5oz
1/2 cup splenda -- = 1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp ginger -- fresh ground
Blend all ingredients. Pour through fine sieve into bowl. Discard pulp and bottle the cordial. To serve mix with mineral water, soda water or dry ginger ale.
