Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method
-------- ------------ --------------------------------
1 scoop Carbolite vanilla shake mix
1/4 cup ricotta cheese
1/4 cup heavy cream
1 cup cold water
1 tablespoon peanut butter -- I use Simply Jif
1 1/2 tablespoons Splenda -- 2 pkt
1 dash salt
I don't crush ice in the shake, but pour it over ice. I don't like most shakes unless they're really cold, but this one is pretty good right out of the blender.

I will share my new favorite shake that I'm very excited about because it keeps me feeling full all morning if I have it for breakfast and it tastes just like the shake that I used to make when I worked at Friendly's as a teenager. I danced around this mix for a while and it didn't work well until I added the salt, it makes all the difference:
