Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

coffee
1 tbsp brown sugar Twin
or 1 tbsp splenda + 1/4 tsp molasses
1 jigger Irish whiskey
1/2 c heavy cream
lightly whip (soft peaks, not stiff ones)
Fill glass with hot water to preheat, then empty.
Pour piping hot coffee into warmed glass until it is about 3/4 full.
Add 1 tablespoon brown sugar Twin, and stir until completely dissolved.
Blend in Irish whiskey.
Top with a collar of slightly whipped heavy cream by pouring gently over a
spoon.
Enjoy while piping hot.
